I design things to last, and to come apart cleanly when their time is up.
I'm a recent graduate from the BA Furniture & Product Design course at Nottingham Trent University, with a background in woodworking and a deep interest in how things are made. My practice is process led and hands on. I make to think, and the making shapes the design.
My work centres on honest construction: visible junctions, mechanical fixings, materials that earn their place and age well. I'm drawn to the idea that sustainability isn't a certification; it's a starting point. That means designing for disassembly over disposability, specifying materials with provenance and longevity, and treating circularity as a foundational constraint rather than an afterthought.
The result is furniture and objects with a quiet confidence, pieces that are direct about what they are, built to be used hard, and made to be repaired, passed on, or fully recovered at end of life.
